Make better design decisions
Twenty-three calculators, selectors and planners that scope the build, cost the downtime, and turn a rough idea into something a supplier can actually quote. No vendor runaround, no sign-up wall — every one of them prints a report you can forward.

The toolbox
What are you working on?
See where you stand
Not sure where the problem is yet? These quick checks show what needs attention on your floor and how urgent it is.
Show the payback
Need budget approval? Each tool builds a simple cost and payback report you can share with your team, with every assumption listed.
Size up the solution
Work out what your project actually needs before you request a quote — so pricing comes back faster and more accurate.
Nail down the specs
The smaller choices — hardware, panels, fasteners — that hold projects up once the big decisions are made.
Where to start
Three ways into it, depending on how far along you are.
Something's not right, but nothing is scoped
Walk the floor with the Machine Guarding Risk Scorecard — it ranks what needs attention and captures the retrofit dimensions while you're stood there. If the guard already exists, the Legacy Guard Replacement Assessment says whether it's worth keeping.
You know the project, you need budget
Build your downtime number with the Downtime Cost Calculator, then run the T-Slot vs. Welded Steel Lifecycle Calculator and the Budgetary Estimator. Attach all three to the request.
You're ready to specify and buy
Map access, build a brief in the Project Readiness Assessment, check the geometry with the Clearance Envelope Worksheet, then run the RFQ Completeness Analyzer before you issue anything.
Configure it
Once the requirements are settled.
ModuBuilder
Lay out your frame, generate a bill of materials and get a price. Finish the Project Readiness Assessment first and it arrives pre-populated with your dimensions, door count and panel requirements.
Open the configurator →SpecificationDoor & Access Selector
Swing, slide, lift or bi-fold — matched to your access frequency, clearance and interlock requirements in about two minutes.
Choose a door →Your build. Our expertise.
Send us the output and we'll work through it with you.
Run whichever tools fit, then send the report over. Our engineers will read the assumptions, tell you where the plan holds up, and take it from idea to installed — guarding, workstations, kits or a full custom build.
