What are you building?

An audit finding with a date attached is a very different project from an exploratory one. This tells us how to respond.

Size and space

Estimates are fine
If it's an irregular footprint, give the bounding box and note the shape in step 1.
Repeat units change the economics considerably — say so even if it's "one now, four later".

Access

The single most common source of rework
Consider what has to physically pass through — a pallet, a die cart, a person with a toolbox.
